A special afternoon of skiing, friendship, and storytelling: this was the presentation of the new biographical book Ho soffrito il cielo (I Touched the Sky), by the legendary Paolo De Chiesa, written together with Sergio Barducci.

The work offers an overview of his life and career, retracing his youth as a protagonist of the "Valanga Azzurra" team, the golden years of Italian skiing alongside legends like Gustav Thöni and Piero Gros, up to the present day as a respected television commentator and ski mountaineering enthusiast.

A large crowd gathered for an afternoon enhanced by the presence of Olympian Giuliano Razzoli, his commentary partner, not least during the recent Olympics.
