A practically perfect “Nove Colli”…

What a fantastic spectacle, this new "Nove Colli"... Every year, the historic granfondo offers a different thrill. The most anticipated moment was undoubtedly the start, with the 12,000 participants greeted by the Mameli Anthem and a long line of fireworks in the canal harbor. The first to finish the race were Andrea Pontalto and Jessica Leonardi, on the medium course.

The live television broadcast on Rai Sport gave full coverage to the 49th edition of the event, with ample space for the Novecolli4children which saw the “Dream Team” made up of: Filippo Pozzato, Luca Paolini, Joaquim Rodriguez, Davide Cassani, Rocco Cattaneo, Marta Bastianelli, Yuri Chechi, Cristian Zorzi, Massimiliano “Max” Lelli and Edita Pucinskaite, achieve the goal of completing the 130 km Medio-Fondo route and four hills to be climbed within 4 hours, with the time taken by the fourth-place finisher.
